Cancellations or Changes

in order to avoid additional charges, please notify us of any changes that need to be made to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another client. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged 100% of the service to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled or changed within the 24-hour window are considered LATE CANCELLATIONS, and you will be charged 100% of the service. A credit card number is required to hold all reservations.


Cell Phones

For safety reasons, cell phones should be turned off or onto silent mode and be put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards. The application of lash extensions involves the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision on the part of the lash artist. Please be courteous and respectful of your technician’s time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the session room.

Late Arrival

Arriving late for your appointment may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.


Refills

If you have less then 40% of your lash extensions left, the purchase of a full set will be required.

If it has been more then 4 weeks since your last full, the purchase of a full set will be required regardless of how many lash extensions you have remaining.

We cannot guarantee the work of other salons; if you already have eyelash extensions from another salon, a removal will need to be purchased.


Contacts

If you wear contacts, please bring a contact case, as contacts should not be worn during the lash application process.
